Avani Gaborone Resort & Casino has reopened following a R103 million upgrade (€6,4m).
The 156 guest rooms were renovated, as well as the main entrance and the porte cochère.

The rooms have been redesigned and now include free WiFi, a dedicated work station with a media hub, LCD satellite TV, and a rain shower.

The conference centre has a main conference room accommodating up to 500 guests and five private seminar rooms.
The open-plan lobby blends reception, lounge, eateries and chill-out areas. Dining options include the Pantry for quick bites on the move; the Conservatory, an informal, communal eatery in the centre of the lobby; Savuti Grill and Mahogany’s restaurant.

The Avani Gaborone Resort & Casino is in the heart of Gaborone’s business district, close to the Gaborone Golf Course.
